Every year, the renowned publisher Callwey awards the architecture prize "Real Estate of the Year" to honor projects in the field of architecture and building planning that have not yet been completed or are still in the planning stage.

We are happy that our DOXS NKLN project has been awarded 1st prize for 2024! DOXS is a new construction project that we are planning together with our long-standing partner Trockland: a former scrap yard on the Neukölln shipping canal is being transformed into a "port of cultures" with a varied mix of uses.
